SHIPPING/DELIVERY & RETURNS

At HARMER GALLERY, we strive to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. To make sure that happens, we make sure our store policies are fair, clear and transparent.

SHIPPING POLICY

Typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipments, delivery/shipping cost is included in art price.

10-15 business days for international shipments. We use Royal Mail, DHL or other courier service for postage.

Delivery within the UK is free. However, if an artwork is large, heavy or delicate then it may incur a delivery cost. Contact us prior to checkout for a quotation. Deliveries outside of the UK will be arranged after artwork purchase.

Delivery details, timing, costs will be confirmed by email prior to delivery. You will be required to sign for the delivered package.

Orders are sent as quickly as possible once we’ve confirmed payment and issued with a tracking reference. . We will inform you by email if there are any problems with your order.

 

Please contact us ASAP if you have entered an incorrect address as we aim to post out orders within 72 hours. We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect addresses provided to us- please double check that all your details have been filled out before completing your order.

Please make sure your delivery address is an existing address where someone will be able to accept your item.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Once you’ve received an original artwork, we'll give you seven (7) days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep that artwork or return it for a refund.

We have a 7-day return policy provided that it is returned in its original condition and packaging.

​If your work should arrive damaged please record the damage and contact us immediately by phone or email. We recommend that you photograph any damage to the external packaging before opening and when opened. 

The return guarantee is NOT applicable to the following final sale items:

  • Limited Edition Works

  • Special Collection Works

** Please note, artworks that have been altered i.e (stretched, cropped, and/or modified) after purchase are not returnable.

 

We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from HARMER GALLERY and are not fully satisfied, you have: 

  1. Seven (7) days to contact us about your intent to return the work

  2. Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork. ***Do not ship the artwork before contacting us; you must first contact us.***

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.

Missing orders

If you have not received your order within 15 working days, please email us at info@harmergallery.com with your order number. Sometimes your order will be waiting in your local post office and you have not received a ‘while you were out’ card.
